Bioinsecticides
Bionema’s range of next generation of bioinsecticides formulations containing the naturally occurring insect pathogenic fungi Metarhizium, Beauveria, Isria. These products have been developed for control of thrips, aphids, whiteflies, caterpillars, weevils, crane fly, wireworms, caterpillar, sandfly, biting midges and mosquitoes.
The products can be applied either directly to the soil as a drench, or via foliar spray using conventional sprayers.
The insect control enabled by these biopesticides are not ingestion dependent. Upon attaching itself to the insect cuticle, the product penetrates the exoskeleton and kills the insects without entering the wider environment.
The most innovative aspects of the invented product are that it is completely safe to the environment whileensuring a wide range of pest control, offering excellent efficacy under the right environmental conditions.
